Our Service & Training Model
All services are delivered by trained participant teams as part of our workforce development programs. Each team includes no fewer than two participants and is supported by a dedicated Service & Training Coach who provides on-site supervision, guidance, and quality assurance. Services are performed only after participants have successfully completed required training, ensuring safety, professionalism, and consistency for every client.
Our commercial cleaning services support clean, safe, and professional environments for businesses and organizations—while providing supervised, real-world training opportunities for program participants.
