At Precious Helpers, we believe every individual deserves the dignity of meaningful work. Our mission is to close the employment gap for people with disabilities by creating inclusive job opportunities, teaching valuable skills, and empowering independence.

A community where individuals with disabilities are equipped with the skills, support, and opportunity needed to thrive—where ability, not limitation, defines success.

Precious Helpers Inc. provides hands-on workforce training through creative and service-based programs designed to build real-world skills, confidence, and long-term employment readiness. Participants receive supervised training while contributing to services and products that support our mission and strengthen our community.

Precious Helpers Inc. is a California nonprofit organization operating for charitable and educational purposes. Federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is currently in process.

How We Bring Our Mission to Life

Precious Helpers Inc. works collaboratively with community partners, advocates, organizations, and local agencies to create inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through hands-on training, supportive environments, and mission-driven services, we equip participants with the tools and experience needed to build fulfilling, independent lives.
